Rivervale Farm has been raising Warmblood and Appaloosa Sport Horses for over 30 years. There are many of our horses winning in the Hunter, Jumper, Dressage and Eventing worlds. Rivervale horses receive excellent care and nutrition from birth. They are raised outside and are tough and healthy. They are not "hot house flowers"! RF Arkenstone 07/04/2014 Appaloosa Sport Horse Gelding. By BJC Asher Seven, out of RF Marigold, by Meisterwind. Archie has success through Modified Level Eventing. He is a kind, fun horse with a very good jump and a very good gallop. He is good to catch, shoe, load, clip, bathe and vacuum. He loads and hauls great, either alone or in company, settles in at competitions and eats and drinks. He rides out alone or in company and is just a super nice horse. Archie has been an easy horse for Craig to bring along, and at this point he really should go on with a rider who wants to go Preliminary or beyond. Archie is microchipped and registered with the Appaloosa Horse Club, lifetime with USEF and full registration with USEA. Archie hasn't shown in 2023 as we have been concentrating on getting the farm sold so we can head south. Archie is in regular work. He has clean flying changes. Current, 7 minute video of him schooling Dressage on the hay field. The changes in this video are the first time he's been asked for them in Dressage schooling.

An exceptional flashy youngster with a ton of talent. Full brother to RF Atlas, (pictured on the sold horses page). This gelding should excel in any discipline. He will be tall (16.2 now) and has a very kind disposition. Afire has his lifetime USEF #, is microchipped and registered with the Appaloosa Horse Club making him eligible to compete in breed shows and ACAAP Awards program. He is well started under saddle, walk, trot and canter and started over fences. He is still green, but hasn't put a foot wrong. He is a quick study with a very cooperative disposition. His canter is exceptional and it looks like there's no limit to his talent. He's riding out quietly and is accepting of new adventures.

RF A-OK 6/3/2020 Black, Appaloosa Sport Horse Gelding. By BJC Asher Seven, out of RF Laguna Beach, by Lion King. A-OK is a super nice youngster out of one of our best and favorite mares. Laguna Beach is a daughter of "Seaside" an imported Hanoverian mare who was a Champion Hunter. A-OK is jet black with no appaloosa coat coloring at this point. He does have a sparse tail but we are hopeful it will grow back as he had a beautiful tail. He may color more, but it is his movement, looks and incredible disposition that makes him very special. Okie is the whole package. We free jumped him on Oct. 11 and were really impressed with his mechanics over the jump. He is a serious jumper prospect. Okie is started under saddle, he's quiet and willing. His attitude about everything is EASY. He is microchipped and lifetime recorded with USEF.

We introduced the youngsters to free jumping on Oct. 11 and everyone was super. Very willing and they all showed us very good attitudes! Please keep in mind that these are TWO YEAR OLDS! So the sessions are very short and we're not asking a lot from them. Mostly we are evaluating their character and willingness.

RF Pierre Cardin May 11, 2021 Warmblood gelding, By Lion King, Out of Prada FHF, by Abdullah *Pg*E* Pierre is a striking youngster with a ton of "presence". His dam is a daughter of the Trakehner stallion, Abdullah, one of the greatest show jumpers of all time, and Olympic GOLD and SILVER Medalist. Pierre's sire, Lion King competed successfully through PSG Dressage and has produced several winning Hunter/Jumpers, Dressage horses and Eventers. Pierre is microchipped, Lifetime recorded with USEF and is eligible to be registered with the American Trakehner Association. He is exceptional in every way!

RF Last Dance May 9, 2021 Warmblood gelding. By Lion King and out of the States Premium mare, RF Mariachi. Mariachi has consistently produced incredible offspring that have excelled in all rings.
We free jumped him on Oct. 11, and he was very casual about it all. We feel he will excel in the Hunter ring. He is tall, black and handsome! A sweet, friendly disposition is the trademark of this cross as well. He is microchipped and lifetime recorded with USEF.

(pronounced Lee-ah-loh-hah) By: Lion King, out of RF Maui, by Meisterwind May 14, 2021 Warmblood gelding. "Lee" is a beautiful black gelding with chrome who looks to stay black. His dam is gray and has produced 3 gray fillies, two of which are showing promise as a Dressage horse and one as an Eventer. #3 is RF Luana, pictured on the sold horses page. Lee is an elegant and floaty mover who has "Hunter" written all over him. He free jumped very well and made it a game, really enjoying himself. He has a nice, cooperative disposition. He is microchipped and lifetime recorded with USEF.

Ollie has a willing, cooperative disposition and we're confident he is going to be a big, impressive horse. He's over 16 hands already. He really took to free jumping and jumped very impressively. This exceptional filly comes from a very successful mare line that has consistantly produced winning Hunter and Dressage horses. RF Marquise is the full sister to RF Miner's Lady, the dam of "Closing Time" and RF Lodestone. She is tall, over 16 hands now, easy to get along with, pretty and her gaits are exceptional. She may or may not get more Appaloosa coloring as she gets older. We free jumped this filly on 10-11-23 and she was phenomenal!

She is black, flashy and has excellent, correct gaits. We are excited to see how she develops. We aren't real keen to sell her as she will make a fancy broodmare for our Appaloosa Sport Horse program. We have decided to retain this filly for our Broodmare band.
